Auburn Maintenance Facility
ET Environmental provided design/build services for a retrofitted 18,000-sf maintenance facility in Seattle, WA. The facility utilized an existing structure, which was completely converted from a recycling facility to a maintenance facility. The facility was comprised of six maintenance bays, parts storage, lube systems, a container repair bay, two truck wash bays, and office and break room spaces. Drive-on truck hoists and an overhead crane assist maintenance operations. The project also included asphalt paving and site lighting.
Moreno Valley Vehicle Maintenance Facility
Moreno Valley, WA
ET Environmental provided design/build services for this 27,000-sf, 16 service bay, vehicle maintenance shop. The project was designed and constructed to service a 200+ fleet of collection and service vehicles, most of which are fueled by compressed natural gas (CNG). The project is seeking LEED Gold certification and was completed in January of 2011.
San Tan Maintenance Facility
ET Environmental provided design/build services for a new 10,000-sf maintenance facility in Phoenix, AZ, which serves a 100-truck fleet. The facility was comprised of six maintenance bays, parts storage, lube systems, and office and break room spaces. Drive-on truck hoists and an overhead crane assist maintenance operations. The project also included a truck wash, fleet fueling facility, and three acres of asphalt paving.
Woodinville Maintenance Facility
ET Environmental provided design/build services for the Waste Management Woodinville Fleet Facility Project. The project includes the demolition and reconstruction of an existing 20,000-sf Material Recycling Facility and 33,000 square feet of office building and maintenance shop upgrades . The CNG facility will service a fleet of 170 vehicles upon completion. The existing MRF will be converted into a container welding shop, with paint booth, and a new truck wash station.
South Seattle Fleet Maintenance Facility
ET provided design and construction services for a new maintenance facility in South Seattle to accommodate 120 new collection vehicles and associated maintenance and staffing facilities. A complete fueling facility and associated works were added to accommodate the CNG trucks. The project was designed and built in 12 months.
Spokane Valley Maintenance Facility
Spokane Valley, WA
ET provided design/build construction management services for a 19,500-square foot, sixbay maintenance shop, parts and office facility. The project included two truck lifts, a 10-ton overhead crane, fully enclosed automated truck wash system and 9,000-square feet of two-story office facilities. The project was completed in January 2009. The project is seeking to obtain a LEED Gold certification.
