ET Environmental provided Program Management Services for a 400 acre site including demolition and destruction of an activated clay catalyst plant and in-situ/ex-situ stabilization of over 1,000,000-cubic yards of sludge. ET Infrastructure also provided construction services for roads, bridges, water, sewer and associated underground utilities plus a stormwater pump station.

ET Environmental provided initial permitting, engineering, and construction management services for the redevelopment of an EPA Superfund Site in Southern California. The site, OII Landfill, is comprised of approximately 60 acres, of which 10 acres is an inactive landfill. Planned vertical development consists of 500,000-square feet of retail space.
