Cleveland Owers has more than 15 years of industrial construction experience in the oil, gas, power, and petrochemical industries. He resides in Texas where he was most recently responsible for the Industrial Division of a family-owned construction firm that executed projects ranging from $500K to more than $150M. Significant accomplishments include developing a Small Capital Projects organization, restructuring EPC and major projects organization, diversifying services and clients, and increasing profits through cost reduction strategies and labor utilization efficiency. He had full profit and loss responsibility for his $400M division while managing a total workforce of over 1,200 employees. Prior to that, Cleveland worked in Houston, Texas, on large upstream projects in the Gulf of Mexico. His construction and project management roles also included experience on midstream and downstream projects ranging from $1.5B to more than $20B.
